modscape homes are designed using modules. a single module can be used as a stand-alone dwelling of 3.6 to 15.6 metres long, but several modules can easily be combined - placed end to end, side by side, or stacked.

this creates limitless possibilities for customising a housing solution on any site or budget. our modules are also the ideal way to increase space, by adding one to an existing module or an existing house.

each module is designed with a layout to suit you, and includes your desired internal and external finishes. the modules are delivered complete with only service connections required on site, or as a self-sufficient unit.
