factory construction commences and each stage is supported by the progress payments as detailed under "invest" below. a standard sized home takes 12 weeks to complete
visit call into our factory to see your house anytime during the construction phase
site works the modscape installation team will set out and install the screw pile footing system at your site while your home is being built in our factory. this step is usually completed in 2 days
services modscape can co-ordinate the installation of site works for you for a fee or you may wish to make these arrangements yourself. either way, site services are installed ready for the house to be connected to prior to delivery
inspect before your home leaves our factory, we walk through it with you to make sure you are happy with the finished work. Once you have signed off on this stage, we are ready to install your home!
