designed to meet the needs of a young family, we placed a strong focus on the integration of the internal communal spaces with the natural beauty of the outdoors.
the main living areas connect directly with large decking areas that are strategically placed to optimise the passage of the sun during the day and these, in turn, connect directly with landscaped areas at ground level.
the bedroom wings are located to the rear of the living areas with a cantilevered rumpus room also connecting directly to the large deck.
additional sun protection and privacy from the street is achieved through the use of fixed and sliding timber screens which also create a stunning architectural finish.
