situated in Melbourne’s inner-west, our design required compliance with ResCode to ensure setbacks, overlooking and overshadowing considerations were correctly addressed. to ensure privacy whilst maximising natural light a “c” shaped design was used in combination with an expansive entertaining deck in the central component of the floorplan.
the master bedroom/WIR and en-suite are located at the front of the house and linked to the children’s bedrooms and study by a large open plan kitchen/living and dining area that opens directly onto a 56sqm deck including pool, built in BBQ and built-in planter boxes. the children’s rooms are easily zoned by the use of a sliding door and a generous amount of built-in bookshelves and joinery provides space for plenty of personal effects and storage. |
