Tour Modscape’s Brooklyn Factory

Our team can work rain, hail or shine within our large Brooklyn factory. By constructing in a controlled environment we can ensure that a high level of quality is maintained and there’s no time overruns.

Our 6.5 acre site includes our ex-foundry factory and display suite, and has recently been extended to incorporate our new design office to house the growing Modscape team.

Our talented team thrive off designing and delivering the very best modular, sustainable projects. Combining their extensive experience in design, development and construction, they oversee our modular solutions all from within this space – from design right through to construction.

When you walk in the door it’s hard to miss the stainless steel modules sitting proudly near the entry. These modules were previously craned onto the top of a Port Melbourne building as part of Nine’s reality renovation show, The Block. They’ve since been reclad and repurposed into meeting rooms and break-out spaces for our team.

The new office enables us to have a large area to display the multitude of finishes available to clients. Clients can specify their preferred finishes or enlist the help of our design team to come up with the ideal solution for their design tastes and budget.

Next to our design office is our impressive factory where our modular projects are constructed. The factory environment ensures a rigorous level of quality is achieved.
