Over 600 projects delivered across Australia
From coastal retreats to urban developments, Modscape has designed and built over 600 modular projects nationwide.
At Modscape, we design and deliver architecturally crafted modular buildings across Australia – combining creative design, advanced offsite manufacturing, and a deep commitment to sustainability.
We work across residential and commercial sectors, creating spaces that are not only delivered faster but also designed to work smarter.
Every project is guided by our four core pillars – design, innovation, sustainability, and people – ensuring each build reflects our commitment to smart, beautiful, and responsible design.
For almost 20 years, Modscape has been at the forefront of modular design innovation – proving that prefabrication can deliver both design excellence and environmental responsibility.
From day one, we’ve shown that modular is about far more than speed. It’s about creating high-quality, beautifully designed spaces that enhance the way people live, work, learn, and play.
Innovation drives everything we do – from embracing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to developing Modbotics, our in-house robotics line that powers our work. By blending advanced technology, sustainable materials, and architectural craftsmanship, we’re not just building for the future – we’re shaping it.
We combine architectural innovation, advanced manufacturing, and sustainable building practices to create high-quality spaces designed for the present and the future.
Modscape was established in 2006 by people who value design, innovation and sustainability. As one of Australia’s leading experts in modular construction, we spend more time considering how to build better, smarter, and faster.
Our approach harnesses the latest in manufacturing technology, ensuring precision, durability, and a significantly reduced environmental footprint. We also champion local materials and suppliers to deliver exceptional solutions that are sustainably-minded.
Working closely with our clients, we tackle site-specific challenges to ensure each design integrates smoothly with its surroundings, and stretches the limits of creativity.
At Modscape, our principles shape everything we do. From the way we design and build to how we collaborate and innovate, these values ensure we create smarter, more sustainable, and beautifully functional spaces.
We believe good modular design balances beauty and function – and always considers performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
We believe innovation drives better outcomes – from smarter design processes like DfMA to automation and advanced robotics that ensure precision and reduce waste.
We believe sustainability must guide every decision we make – reducing our carbon footprint, working towards net-zero emissions, and ensuring no materials are sent to landfill.
We believe strong teams create stronger outcomes – which is why we value every voice, champion diversity, and prioritise well-being at every step.
